Why we loved living at 39 Reed Street in San Francisco
Coming home to a dazzling orange sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge.
An easy (and beautiful!) walk to work downtown, to friends anywhere on the North side and to all the stores and services we needed – no car necessary!
The spacious, well-appointed roof deck; there is no better place to watch the Blue Angels during Fleet Week.
Morning runs down to Aquatic Park, Marina Green and Chrissy Field.
Numerous top-notch restaurants (some of our favorites: Frescati, Seven Hills, 1760, Gary Danko) and an array of diverse cuisine in Chinatown, North Beach, Polk Street and the Tenderloin, all within walking distance.
Never having to get in the car for groceries. Trader Joe’s is three blocks away and LeBeau Nob Hill Market on the corner somehow manages to have everything we’ve ever needed.
Great community: friendly neighbors and high-functioning HOA.
Big windows and an open layout that make the layout functional and feel spacious.
Being a part of quintessential San Francisco – from the sound of the fog horn to the bell of the cable car on Washington Street.
